Its been almost a week since dad had his mild heart attack....he has his angieogram( sounds like that cant spell it) tomorrow ....so will see if he has anymore damage as hes had a few before and they found two blocked arteries they didn't do anything with as they were just skinny ones he could get away with...he looks really good though so hope hell be home tomorrow after its done...
Dad certainly knows how to wipe a smile from ones face i was so happy about the 1.8kg loss then he rings saying he wasn't feeling to good mum was line dancing at Tamworth 3 hours away.....my brother had to go pick her up ....anyways hubby raced over and took him to casualty ....they took him to another hospital by ambulance where hes been ever since .....but hes good that's the main thing....he'd had a mild heart attack....hes looking forward to getting out...
haven't been exercising twice a day this week as been way too hot so only doing an hour or so due for ttotm so don't expect a loss after last weeks effort I'm guessing ill gain but not worried as it dose seem to happen and then comes off....anyways thats it cheers
