exercise
OMG i have just finished 2 hours and 10 mins of exercise not bad for someone going on 48.....i feel great saving my points for the wedding so i can have 6 middies of vb beer yum that's 9 points i have them saved already so the rest will be for my weight loss....not worried about sweets as i have them every other day so the beers are it .....not sure on the food but these people love their seafood they catch crabs and cook them up when they have a piss up been to a few of those lol so I'm guessing seafood will be on the menu hope so that will make it easy.....fingers crossed....anyways just wanted to brag about my efforts today lol cheers :))

ANOTHER LOSS
Another 400grams down I'm 67.6kg sounding good.....i decided to take myself off and have something done with my long thick hair and a brow wax ouch for getting to my 20kg goal as I'm now down 21.1kg so thought wouldn't leave it any longer ....my hair is so much lighter now that i had it layered and because she had time Maddy straightened it too feels so thin luv it was going to put my dye in today but as it was straightened thought id do it tomorrow.....wedding on Saturday so have a new pair of black jeans and a new white shirt as i don't do dresses skirts or shorts lol....the shirt is pretty for me though its got satin silky thread through it so ill look a little girly lol I'm a t shirt and jeans kinda a girl.....i did 90 Min's exercise yesterday and today did 105 mins of exercise so will have extra points saved for the wedding celebrations yay actually looking forward to going....will enjoy a night out and away ......omg have you tried the ww choc eclairs omg they are mmmmmmmmmmm only small but only 1.5 points and very sweet hits the spot they are frozen so can put them away they are to die for as my mum would say lol cheers

BETTER NIGHTS SLEEP
Feeling better today as got plenty of uninterrupted sleep think that's whats been wrong with me have done a 70 minute advanced walk aerobics and used a stretchy band and hand weights for strengthening....so now off to do some work.....might do some more exercise later well see how my day pans out ....cheers

FEELING FLAT
FEELING FLAT today well this week actually......i don't know why .....i have a wedding this weekend its away ....hubby's bands playing so we have a room paid for yay spa and all so maybe that will pick me up or weigh me down I'm planning on having a few beers but ill dance all night so that will work its self out.....so have to plan my food and exercise more to help out too....anyways that's it for today I'm so tired this week cant get into anything ....have done my workouts though...need to increase it again as back to doing an hour a day need more cheers
