BETTER NIGHTS SLEEP

Feeling better today as got plenty of uninterrupted sleep think that's whats been wrong with me have done a 70 minute advanced walk aerobics and used a stretchy band and hand weights for strengthening....so now off to do some work.....might do some more exercise later well see how my day pans out ....cheers
WELL I DID IT AN EXTRA HOURS WORK OUT BEFORE TEA YAY

Good to hear you are feeling better. It's amazing what a good night of sleep does to a person.

Woot! An extra hours work out? Gah, that is totally awesome (and somewhat insanely good).

Good news on my front. I've so far stuck to my points. I've left 7 for dinner so I think that should be fairly easy to achieve. I did actually go home and throw out those biscuits. I prefer now to know exactly what I am eating (in terms of points lol, still eating chemicals in food that I don't know what they are).
